מקום מגורים – באר שבע

הגעתי לעוצמתחיים בשנת 1999 בעקבות בעיה אישית שהייתה לי בתחום הזוגיות ומאז חיי חזרו למסלולם. לאחר שהבעיה נפתרה סקרן אותי לרכוש ידע נוסף על החיים, הייתה לי שאיפה לשפר את היכולת שלי ולכן המשכתי ללמוד.
מלבד היותי מדריכה של עוצמתחיים  אני אחות אחראית על מחלקה בבית חולים במקצועי, הידע שרכשתי עזר לי רבות גם בעבודה, בעזרת קורס התקשורת של עוצמתחיים הצלחתי להתמודד עם סוגים שונים של תקשורת מאנשים אחרים ונהייתי אדם מאוד סבלני, הידע שרכשתי נהפך לחלק ממני.

מלבד הקורסים אותם למדתי במרכז עוצמתחיים קיבלתי תהליכי הקשבה, לעומת שיטות אחרות אותם הכרתי הבחנתי שתהליכי ההקשבה מאוד עוצמתיים מכיוון שהם מטפלים באמת בשורש הבעיה לעומת שיטות קונבנציונליות אחרות. הישג משמעותי שקיבלתי מתהליכי ההקשבה היה במהלך ההיריון, תהליכים אלו מאוד עזרו לי לעבור את התקופה בצורה טובה יותר והייתה לי הקלה רבה מבחינה נפשית.

גם הילדים שלי למדו את קורס הלמידה והתקשורת של עוצמתחיים ובהחלט ניתן לראות תוצאות. לאחר שצברתי ידע רב החלטתי לעזור לאנשים סביבי ולכן החלטתי להיות מדריכה בעצמי. אם ברצונך לבחור בשיטה שבה באמת מטפלים באופן יסודי בכל בעיה אשמח לעזור.
