מקום מגורים-יוקנעם.

כבר בשלב מוקדם בחיי הבנתי שאני רוצה לעזור לאנשים. בשנת 1996 הגעתי למרכז עוצמתחיים בחיפה. בשנים הראשונות עשיתי מספר קורסים וקיבלתי תהליכי הקשבה ואז החלטתי לעשות את הקורס, “מדריך עוצמתחיים“. מתחילת הקורס ראיתי שאני הולכת לקראת הרפתקה של גילוי עצמי ועזרה לאחרים ונהניתי מכל רגע. היום, למעלה מעשרים ושתיים שנים אחרי סיום הקורס, אני כבר מומחית בתהליכי הקשבה בסיסיים ועוזרת לכל אדם אשר מגיע אלי להתחיל במסע שלו לעוצמה אישית. יש לי הישגים מדהימים כמדריכה לראות את אלה שהגיעו אלי נפטרים מקשיים שליוו אותם במשך החיים ועצרו אותם מלהתקדם. אני מאד שמחה לראות שהם ממשיכים ועולים על הנתיב לחופש רוחני ומתקדמים למצב של בהיר.

כאשר עשיתי ראיונות לקהל שהגיע אליי, נוכחתי לגלות שרבים נעזרו בשיטות אחרות, אך הבעיות או הקשיים שהיו להם, לא נפתרו. מנסיוני האישי אני יכולה לומר שכאשר אתה מטפל בבעיה או בטראומה ומגיע לשורש שלה היא לא חוזרת יותר – לכן, שיטת ההקשבה עובדת!

החלטתי לעשות הכשרה כמדריכת עוצמתחיים מכיוון שהמטרה הבסיסית שלי היא לעזור לאחרים ואני מאמינה בשיטה זו מתוך חוויות אישיות ותוצאות על אחרים.

עוצמתחיים פתוחה לקהל הרחב, למרכז בו התחלתי בחיפה, מגיעים לקבל הדרכה והקשבה מכל העולם. אני עובדת באופן אישי עם ילדים, מתבגרים, משפחות, זוגות ועוד. רוב האנשים שהגיעו אליי, קיבלו הדרכה ממני עם הצלחות בשיפור חייהם. אני מאד מאושרת לראות את אותם אנשים מתקדמים בחייהם ומצליחים לעשות את השינוי שהם רצו ועולים לשלבים הבאים שלהם לחופש רוחני.

 הצלות של אנשים שקיבלו תהליכי הקשבה.

זה היה תהליך מרתק. תהליך שחיזק אצלי את הודאות על התמונות שאני רואה. זהו תהליך שדרש הרבה אומץ בהתבוננות בלבד יכולה להיות כל-כך קשה, עם זאת כל-כך עוצמתי בריפוי שלה. ש.צ

אני מרגישה שאין לי יותר תשומת לב על אובדנים שהיו לי בחיים. מרגישה הקלה. ל.ס.

אני מרגיש נפלא. אני פחות מופנם, יותר מסתכל על הסביבה שלי ובוחן דברים בצורה הגיונית. התקשורת שלי עם אנשים השתפרה ובנוסף נגמלתי מהרגל שסחבתי במשך עשרות שנים. ע.א.
