מקום מגורים- חיפה.

הגעתי לעוצמתחיים עוד כשהייתי ילד. למעשה ממש נולדתי לתוך זה כיוון שההורים שלי עסקו בעוצמתחיים עוד לפני שנולדתי. כשההורים שלי היו הולכים ללמוד ולקבל תהליכים בעוצמתחיים הם היו לוקחים אותי איתם.

כשהתחלתי ללכת לבית הספר ראיתי היו לי קשיים להכיר חברים או לדבר עם אנשים. אמא שלי הבחינה בכך ורשמה אותי לקורס ‘תקשורת לילדים’ של עוצמתחיים. הקורס מאוד עזר לי מבחינה חברתית וכתוצאה מכך גם הלמידה שלי השתפרה.

בגיל מאוחר יותר, כנער מתבגר, חוויתי שוב קשיים חברתיים בעקבות מעבר למסגרת לימודים חדשה ושונה. זה השפיע עלי לרעה עד כדי כך שאיבדתי רצון ללכת לבית הספר. אז כבר ידעתי שבעוצמתחיים אוכל למצוא פתרון. פניתי למרכז עוצמתחיים בחיפה שם המליצו לי לקבל תהליכים. התוצאה לא איחרה לבוא: עד מהרה הרגשתי הקלה שלא ניתן לתאר במילים.

כשאנשים שואלים אותי איך או מה ההרגשה שמקבלים מתהליכים אלו אני תמיד אומר ”אני יכול לנסות להסביר אבל שום הסבר לא יוכל להעביר את ההרגשה שחווים באמת במהלך תהליכי עוצמתחיים”. בזכות תהליכים אלו אני נהייתי יותר רגוע בנוגע לדברים שקרו לי בעבר ועם יכולת חדשה להסתכל לעבר העתיד שלי. זה התבטא בכך שנעשיתי יותר מאושר, ההשפעה של חלק מהטראומות מהעבר הפסיקה להשפיע עלי בהווה. תהליכים אלו גם שיפרו את הזיכרון שלי. בעקבות התהליכים  החיים שלי ממש התשתנו.

השיטה של עוצמתחיים שונה משיטות אחרות בכך שהאדם שעובד איתך, אשר נקרא ‘מקשיב’, מקבל את מה שאתה אומר כפי שאתה רואה את זה ולא עושה לך הערכה ואומר לך למה זה כך או איך אתה צריך לחשוב ולפעול כפי שקורה לפעמים בשיטות אחרות. לדעתי זה מאוד חשוב מכיוון שבעוצמתחיים מאפשרים לך להגיע להבנות בכוחות עצמך מבלי להגיד לך מהם הטעויות והשגיאות שעשית בחייך. ב-עוצמתחיים מקפידים לשמור על פרטיות מלאה של כל מה שאתה אומר. הבחנתי שבעוצמתחיים אני מקבל  נתונים נכונים לגבי החיים. בעזרת הידע שקיבלתי אני יכול  להתגבר על כל בעיה שאצטרך להתמודד איתה בעתיד.

החלטתי להיות מדריך של עוצמתחיים מכיוון שאני חושב שלעזור למישהו לעבור את הקשיים שלו בחיים ולעזור להיפטר מטראומות מהעבר זה היעוד שלי. לעזור בכל דרך אפשרית לאדם אחר גורם לי לסיפוק רב. עבורי, אין הרגשה יותר טובה מזאת.

בנוסף לכך שאני מדריך עוצמתחיים ומעביר תהליכים, עברתי הכשרה שבעזרתה אני יכול להכשיר מדריכי עוצמתחיים.

אחד המשפטים שהשפיעו עלי ושאימצתי הוא– ”מה שנכון לך הוא מה שהבחנת בו בעצמך, וכאשר איבדת את זה, איבדת הכל.” אני מאמין שכל אחד שיטמיע את זה בחייו ישיג שיפור משמעותי.
