מקום מגורים – טבריה.

בשנת 2017 הגעתי לראשונה לכנס של עוצמתחיים בתל אביב עם ידידה שלי. רציתי להסיר מטענים מתת המודע ולראות שזה באמת עובד ואפשרי. חשבתי שאני לא יפה, לא הרגשתי חופשי ובנוח עם בחורות והרגשתי תקוע בעיקר בתחום הזוגי. זה גרם לי לחשוב שאולי אין לי מספיק ניסיון ואני לא יכול לתקשר כמו כולם. במהלך תהליך ייחודי שעשינו בכנס, גיליתי הרבה דברים והבנתי שהיו לי חברים שהורידו אותי וגרמו לי להרגיש רע עם עצמי ושזה המקור לכל התחושות האלה.

לפני שהגעתי לעוצמתחיים הייתי מאוד ביישן והיה לי קושי לתקשר עם אנשים שאני לא מכיר, בעיקר עם נשים. פחדתי להביע את עצמי ולהיחשף כי אולי אני אפגע. אחרי שסיימתי קורס תקשורת של עוצמתחיים, קיבלתי את האומץ לדבר עם אנשים, להסתכל להם בעיניים ולומר להם מה שאני מרגיש. כך גם השגתי אומץ באופן כללי לפנות לנשים וזה פתח בפני דלת חדשה.

בעבר למדתי NLP ותקשור. ב- NLP משתמשים בהרבה דמיון מודרך בניסיון להסיר מטענים מתת המודע, ובמדיטציה מנסים להשקיט את הכאב אבל זה עזר לי רק לזמן מאוד קצר ומוגבל. לעומת זאת, סשן של עוצמתחיים יכול להמשך כשעה-שעתיים, ואותו מטען רגשי שבאת איתו מוסר לצמיתות. אז אתה בעצם מרגיש יותר חופשי ורואה יותר בבהירות את הדברים.

נוכחתי לגלות על עצמי שזה אכן עובד. תוך זמן קצר החלטתי שאני צריך ללמוד את כל מה שיש בעוצמתחיים ולהיות מדריך בשיטה הזאת.

כמדריך עוצמתחיים, היה לי מקרה בו נתתי למישהי את אחד התהליכים של עוצמתחיים. היא הגיעה מאוד עצובה. המפגש ארך כמעט שעתיים שבהן העברתי לה את התהליך הספציפי שעבדנו עליו. בסיום המפגש היא אמרה לי שהמטען שישב עליה הוסר והודתה לי מקרב לב. והיא ממש שמחה והעיניים שלה ברקו. זה גורם לי סיפוק רב לעזור לאנשים.
